Love cardio?  You will add running (beach/ sand or roadside/grass, rowing, biking, ski erg and swimming to your weekly activity at SWEAT45.

CORE is key! Many of the workout formats and warmups will feature core exercises to challenge you to get stronger!

Lots of Dumbbells and Kettlebells but no Barbells in SWEAT45!  If you want the barbell experience check out our 60 min strength and conditioning group classes.
