We offer specialty programs for every stage of life—from teens to women-only classes to 55+—so you get the right support at the right time. Our focus is on long-term health and measurable progress, not quick fixes, and our close-knit community makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 + classes a week, with the goal of working up to 3-5 a week after your first few months (depending on what other sports or activities you do). It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
We have many non scale ways to track your progress. It starts with setting goals that are SMART. Then our team puts you on the road to achieve them. Some are outside the gym goals and some might be weight realted (lifting weight that is). We do not focus on weight loss as a goal typically, but we will focus on steps that lead you in that direction. Taking the sting of the scale away. Focusing on what you CAN do.

By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
