How do I track my progress?

We have many non scale ways to track your progress. It starts with setting goals that are SMART. Then our team puts you on the road to achieve them. Some are outside the gym goals and some might be weight realted (lifting weight that is). We do not focus on weight loss as a goal typically, but we will focus on steps that lead you in that direction. Taking the sting of the scale away. Focusing on what you CAN do.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards. For other payment arrangements please reach out.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our training is built around strength. We draw inspiration from the big movements in strongman, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and bodybuilding, then layer in bodyweight exercises and cardio. The result is a balanced, one-hour program that challenges you, builds real strength, and improves overall health and fitness. Every workout is scaled to your level—whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete—so you’ll always be challenged at the right pace for you.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
